As a young girl i was Inspired by my German grandmother and my other European influences. I became passionate about baking and would bake with my mother and grandmother often. After becoming a stay at home mother after the birth of my son my passion for baking grew and i opened my own cake business. Over the years i refined my skills and have completed courses and classes at Planet Cake, Sugar Rush, Baroque Patisserie, Whimsical Cakehouse and TAFE.
I am a cake perfectionist and huge lover of flowers. But what could be more perfect than cake and flowers?When I’m not baking i am spending time with family and friends. I am a mum to two children Thomas and Amelia, and a wife to Andrew.
I love creating cakes and sweets for all customers and have created delicious cakes for local Fashion shows, Cafes, Schools and Cancer Fundraiser Balls.
