By accepting this cake agreement and paying a deposit, you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS

A 50% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card is due within 2 days to confirm your booking and secure the order. The balance of your order is payable 1 week prior to your order for celebration cakes and 2 weeks for weddings. A reminder will be sent to you.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGE OF DATE

-All cancellations must be received in writing
-if you cancel your wedding order 14 days prior to your date a $100 cancellation fee applies
-if you cancel your wedding order within 14 days prior to your date the full deposit will be forfeited.
-if we cancel your order in due to health, family or circumstances beyond our control we will provide a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES DUE TO COVID
If you are currently booked with us and would like to change your date due to covid we will happily transfer your deposit to another date. If you would like to cancel your wedding order notice must be received no less than one month prior to your intended date and full refund will be provided.

CAKE COLLECTIONS/DELIVERY

If you would like to pick up your cake then an allocated time slot will be confirmed with you and our address for collection will be provided. Please adhere to your allocated time slot as other orders and collections may be scheduled. Please also note we do not recommend collecting cakes larger than 2 tiers.

Delivery can be arranged for you please contact us for pricing.
Once the cake is collected/delivered, we bear no liability for any damages caused.

ALLERGENS

Although we cater for special dietary requirements and while every care will be taken with your order, please note that our kitchen also makes products that contain Gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts and we cannot guarantee that your product will be completely free of them.

QUALITY/STORAGE

-We pride ourselves on our ingredients used and our tested recipes
-Buttercream cakes can be stored in the refrigerator and then taken out 20minutes prior to serving to soften the cake.
-Fondant cakes/products should not be refrigerated but instead cake be left out in a cool spot out of direct sunlight in the boxes provided.
-Macarons can be stored in the refrigerated and taken out to prior to serving to allow the shells to soften for best flavour

PHOTOGRAPHS

All photographs, videos taken remain our property and we reserve the right to use for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes.

REPLICATIONS

Due to copyright, cake decorators are unable to copy other cake decorators work. As such any photographs of cakes provided to us to create will be made in a similar fashion with amendments for our style to our level and limits.
